First Fit Sample Timeline And What to Expect
We make the first sample then you give us feedback on fit and finish. This is going to run you about $300 - $500 as we are developing the pattern and fit.
This first sample should take approx 3-5 days.
Small Bulk/Batch Production Timeline
Once we agree on fit and finish, we'll spec out the required operations and marking needed to make a small batch.
Then you either supply us with materials or we can source them in DTLA.
Timeline for average sample batch is 2-3 weeks depending on quantity and fabric.
MOQ starts at 12 per style. If more is needed then the next step would be to make an official tech pack to develop samples by outsourcing.
This includes creating specific contruction call outs, sketch cads, bill of materials, grading charts...etc.
I can help with the full spectrum: from detail driven slow fashion (samples, small runs) to quicker, scalable fast fashion style production using tech packs and outsourcing.
